Plan your trip

To make the most of your experience and enjoy everything on offer, you should allow 3 hours minimum.

Don’t forget to bring your camera! You may take photos without any fees!

The farm is well shaded, and there are various undercover areas around the farm, however, please note that the farm is predominantly an outdoors environment, so we encourage you to prepare for your visit, according to the weather forecast and bring along sunscreen, sunglasses and hats.

Upon arrival, you will be given a printed farm map on your ticket. We encourage you to follow the map around the farm, so as not to miss anything or become loss. Directional maps and signages can be found all around the farm.

The animals and plants in the farm represent the tropical part of our fascinating island of Borneo. Complete with a peaceful walk around the farm.

There are also ponds and unexploited areas within the farm which can be dangerous to visitors. We recommend visitors to follow the walking path and avoid exploring beyond fenced areas as your safety is our concern. We would like to remind that children must be accompanied by guardian or parents at all times.

Human food can be very dangerous for animals, so please feed only the food we provide.

Should you wish to leave the farm and return later on the same day, please ask the staff at the main lobby or ticket counter for a pass-out stamp. We thank you for leaving the following items at home: pets, balls, Frisbees, bikes, scooters, skateboards, roller-skates/blades, party accessories (these items have the potential to cause harm to the animals and/or other visitors)

Thank you and have a great day at Borneo Happy Farm!
