Terms & conditions:

- Promotion only valid for normal rate visitors (visitors without MyKad / MyKid)

- Ticket booked is only valid for the date of visiting

- The farm opens from 8am to 5pm (Last entry at 4pm)

- The booking confirmation email must be presented together with payment and identity document at the ticket counter to redeem an entry ticket

- The management reserves the right to deny entry of a visitor if identity document does not tally with the actual visitor

- The visitor may be required to top up to the normal adult rate without any discount if the visitor has booked the wrong category (eg. child ticket instead of adult ticket).

Eg. If a visitor accidentally or intentionally booked a normal children rate online at RM34 (Normal price RM40 less discount of 15%) when the visitor is required to pay the normal adult rate  of RM60; the visitor is required to top up RM26 (Being difference of RM60 - RM34) if he or she intends to enter the farm.
